Returns & Refund Policy

Welcome to Weavique. We take pride in offering high-quality bedsheets, towels, and pillow covers. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The return request must be made within:

    • 7 days of delivery for local customers.

    • 15 days of delivery for international customers.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund if approved.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@weavique.com.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
